摘 要:基于Copula函数和Pair-Copula建立多地风速的时空相关性模型,使模拟的风速序列在时间与空间维度上的相关性与实测数据一致,进而以区域风电总容量为约束,对多个风电场间的容量配置比例进行优化,通过获取区域风电最大平滑效应来降低风电总出力的波动性,并定义了风电出力波动平抑率作为风电波动性的评价指标。分析区域风电容量配置优化对弃风、风电出力波动平抑率的影响和储能对平抑风电出力波动的影响及风电出力波动平抑率与储能系统容量配置的关系,由此验证方法的有效性。There is the smoothing effect of the wind power output among multiple wind farms in a region. In the wind farm planning,the capacity of wind farm can be optimized so that wind power fluctuation and the demand of energy storage system’s capacity is reduced. The temporal and spatial correlation model of wind speed is modeled based on the Copula and the Pair-Copula. With the model,the correlation of the simulated wind speed sequence in the temporal and the spatial dimension is in accordance with the measured data. The capacity of wind farm is reasonably allocated with the constraint of the total capacity of wind power in the region. The fluctuation of total wind power output is effectively reduced by the maximum smoothing effect in regional wind farms,and the smoothing rate( SR)is defined as an evaluating index of wind power smoothing effect. The method is verified through analysis of the influence of optimal wind capacity on wind power curtailment and SR. The effectiveness of the method is also verified by the smoothing effect of wind power fluctuation using energy storage system and the relationship between SR and the capacity of energy storage system.
