摘　　要：中国古代良法善治的内容对于当代社会而言,所提供的经验和价值不局限于教训的总结,更多是精华的提取;对于新时代治国理政而言,所提供的经验和价值有助于提升国家的综合治理能力,并在一定意义上起到引领的作用。当前,中国社会主义法治要在经济、政治、文化、社会、生态等方面的治理体系和治理能力上汲取中国古代良法善治的精华,并以法治为根基,不避问题,不惧非议,全局着手,勇于担当,开启新的征程。For the contemporary society,the experience and value provided by the contents of good laws and good governance in ancient China are not limited to their lessons,but also include the extraction of essence.For the governance of China in the new era,the experience and value provided will help enhance the comprehensive governance capacity of the country and play a leading role in a certain sense.At present,China’s socialist rule of law should draw on the essence of good laws and good governance of ancient China for its system of governance and governance capacity in the economic,political,cultural,social and ecological areas.We should take the rule of law as its foundation,avoid problems and be unafraid of criticism,strengthen our sense of the big picture,and be brave enough to assume our responsibilities,so as to embark on a new journey.
