摘　　要：金融危机之后,银行信贷紧缩,资金的流动性变差,欧美经济体大量资金需求无法得到有效满足,企业资金流断裂,给欧洲经济带来了巨大的打击。为了恢复和进一步提升金融产业的业务能力和市场活力,金融参与者希望把新的技术融入金融产业,创造新的金融业态发展形式,也就逐步诞生了金融科技行业。欧洲金融科技起步较晚,但是从2015年以来也获得了长足的发展,涌现了许多像伦敦、法兰克福、巴黎等金融科技中心。在金融科技的影响下,欧洲地区格局、欧洲金融生态和欧洲资本市场都出现了新的变化。欧洲小国抓住金融科技发展的浪潮,发展自身优质产业;网络借贷、网络支付等新金融业态的出现改变了欧洲的金融生态;资本市场的资金也大量涌入金融科技行业,在资本和技术的推动下,欧洲涌现一批金融科技独角兽。After the financial crisis,the vast capital demand in European and American economies cannot be effectively met due to bank credit contraction and poor liquidity of funds.Thus,enterprises ran out of liquidity,bringing a huge blow to the European economy.In order to restore and further enhance the business capability and market vitality of the financial industry,financial participants hope to integrate new technologies into the financial industry and create new forms of financial development,which gradually gave birth to the financial technology industry.The European financial technology started relatively late,but it has made considerable progress since 2015.Many financial technology centers,such as London,Frankfurt and Paris,have emerged.Under the influence of financial technologies,changes have taken place in the European regional structure,European financial eco-system and European capital market.Small European countries have seized the opportunity of the financial technology boom and developed their own high-quality industries;the new financial forms such as online lending and online payment have changed the financial ecosystem of Europe;and capital market funds have also flooded into the financial technology industry.Due to the impetus given by capital and technology,a number of financial technology unicorns have emerged in Europe.
