摘　　要："印太"概念的兴起标志着印度洋与亚太地区地缘政治格局的新变迁,它精确地诠释了全球战略重心的转变方向,牵引和指导着美、澳、印的战略关注和战略取向,重构了全球战略图景,更以一种聚合式的力量助澳大利亚从原有的战略困境突围,给印度狭窄的战略空间拓源,为美国单一的战略部署添力。相较于此前单一的"亚太地区"或是"印度洋地区"而言",印太"地缘政治观作为战略整体而释放出的国际政治张力更为显赫,显示出极大的国际政治学理论和实践意义。The emerging concept of"Indo-Pacific"marks a change in the geopolitical pattern of the Indian Ocean and the Asia-Pacific region.It accurately interprets the direction of the transformation of the global strategic focus;guides the strategic concerns and orientations of the United States,Australia and India;reconstructs the global strategic landscape;helps Australia with a convergent force to break out of its original strategic dilemma;expands India’s narrow strategic space;and strengthens the single strategic arrangement of the United States.Compared with the previous"Asia-Pacific region"or"Indian Ocean region",the"IndoPacific"geopolitical concept as a whole has greater international political resilience,showing tremendous theoretical and practical significance in terms of international politics.
