我国近代舆情概念的使用及其思想内涵的历史嬗变

摘　　要：在我国传统农业社会向现代工业文明社会转型的历史过程中,在公民意识和民族国家意识的影响下,舆情概念的使用出现了新的变化,舆情的主体由臣民转化为公民,舆情的客体由以皇权为核心的朝廷演变成为近代民族国家的统治者。这造成近代舆情空间的变化,并对近代舆情概念及思想内涵产生深远影响,救亡图存成为近代舆情表达的主旋律。近代报刊的出现,改变了人们感知外部世界和获取信息的途径和方式,影响了人们对各种社会事件的看法,在某种程度上左右着舆情的发展方向,成为舆论监督的工具和近代舆情表达的重要载体,并起到放大舆情效应的作用。同时,相对于古代舆情思想被动表达来说,近代舆情开始采用问卷的形式主动收集舆情信息,这是近代舆情表达形式与古代舆情表达形式变化发展的一个重要特征,也是近代舆情思想内涵变化的一个重要特征。In the historical process of the transition from traditional agricultural society to modern industrial civilized society in China,Under the influence of civic awareness and national state consciousness,the use of the concept of Public opinion has undergone new changes.The subject of public opinion has been transformed into citizen by the subjects.The public opinions have evolved from the imperial court with the imperial power as the core to the rule of the modern nation-state.This caused the change of the modern public opinion space,which had a profound influence on the concept and ideological connotation of modern public opinions.The saving of the ruins became the main theme of modern Public opinion expression.The emergence of modern newspapers and magazines has changed the way people recognize the outside world and access information,and has affected people's views on various social events.In modern times,modern newspapers and magazines have influenced the development direction of public opinion to a certain extent.They have become the tools of public opinion supervision and an important carrier of modern public opinion expression,and have played a significant role in magnifying the public opinion effect.At the same time,compared with the passive expression of ancient public opinion thoughts,modern public opinion began to use the form of questionnaires to actively collect public opinion information,which is an important feature of the development of modern public opinion expressions and ancient forms of public opinion expression.This is also an critical feature of the change in the connotation of public opinion in modern times.
