摘　　要：提出一种软开关的三管电流馈推挽变换器,由传统的电流馈推挽变换器串接一个开关管改进而成。外加开关管的开关频率是其余开关管的两倍。使用本文提出的控制方式,该拓扑中的各个开关管可以实现软开关。本文详细分析了电路的各个工作阶段,讨论了电压增益与电路关键参数的设计准则以及各个开关管软开关的条件。最后制作了一台额定功率为500W,输出电压180V,输入电压90~110V的样机。实验结果验证了该变换器工作原理的有效性。A soft-switching current-feed push-pull converter is proposed in this paper.It is improved by current-feed push-pull converter connected in series with a switch.The switching frequency of the external switch is twice of that of the remaining switchs.Using the control method proposed in this paper,each switch in the topology can realize soft switching.This paper analyzes the various working phases of the circuit in detail,discusses the design criteria of voltage gain and key parameters of the circuit and the conditions of soft switching of each switch.Finally,a pro-totype with a rated power of 500W,output voltage of 180V,and input voltage of 90-110V is fabricated.The ex-perimental results verify the effectiveness of the converter’s working principle.
