摘　　要：提出了从组织措施和技术措施作为切入点进行高校实验室气瓶管理的新思路。校级职能部门重点在组织措施建设,包括供应商资质审核、采购平台建设、培训和准入体系建设;二级机构实验室在落实组织措施的基础上,在气瓶的储存和使用环节根据不同种类的气体采取技术措施,形成一种建立在组织措施基础上,以技术措施为保障的具有可操作性的综合管理体系,促进高校实验室气瓶管理,杜绝气瓶事故发生。A new idea of cylinder management in university laboratories based on organizational and technical measures is put forward.University-level functional departments focus on the construction of organizational measures,including supplier qualification audit,procurement platform construction,training and access system construction,and based on the implementation of organizational measures,the laboratories of secondary institutions adopt different technical measures according to different kinds of gases in the storage and use of cylinders,forming a foundation of organizational measures.
