摘　　要：针对高校实验室化学品安全管理中存在的问题,设计了全生命周期化学品管理平台,集成了系统设置、订单管理、化学品管理、实验室废弃物管理4个模块,实现了对化学品的采购、使用和处置的闭环管理。实践证明,化学品管理平台对提高危险化学品安全监督管理能力、提升实验室化学品安全管理工作效率及监管责任有重要作用。In view of the problems existing in chemical safety management of university laboratories,a life cycle chemical management platform is designed,which integrates four modules such as the system setup,order management,chemical management and laboratory waste management.The closed-loop management of chemical procurement,utilization and disposal is realized.Practice has proved that the chemical management platform plays an important role in improving the ability of hazardous chemicals safety supervision and management,enhancing the efficiency of laboratory chemical safety management and supervision responsibility.
