提高显微成像仪器使用效率服务科研教学的实践

摘　　要：该文以南开大学生命科学学院公共实验平台下属显微成像平台为例,不断完善各项管理机制,大力培养专业技术人才,严格执行有效的培训程序,运用网络管理系统调配资源并合理规划使用仪器设备。通过各种举措,在保证仪器精密度的同时大大提高仪器的使用率,延长使用寿命,切实做到开放共享,充分发挥了显微成像仪器对科研创新和教学的服务及支撑作用,促进了生命科学等相关学科研究的快速发展。By taking the micro-imaging platform of the public experimental platform of the College of Life Sciences at Nankai University as an example,this paper continuously improves various management mechanisms,vigorously trains professional and technical personnel,strictly implements effective training procedures,uses the network management system to allocate resources and rationally plans the utilization of instruments and equipment.Through various measures,while ensuring the precision of the instrument,the utilization rate of the instruments is greatly improved,the service life is prolonged,and the open sharing is realized.The service and support function of the microscopic imaging instruments for scientific research,innovation and teaching is fully exerted,which promotes the rapid development of life sciences and other related disciplines.
