摘 要:军人士气是一个多层次、多因素共同作用的复杂社会结构,是一个多学科交叉的研究领域。通过多层次分析对士气问题进行研究、建模和仿真。微观上,使用多Agent建模方法反映作战中个体的相互作用及对士气的影响过程;宏观上,使用系统动力学方法反映作战对抗过程中战术心理战手段对士气及对作战整体的影响。基于2007年美国平定阿富汗叛乱的场景,建立了基地巡逻的行动想定和概念验证仿真模型,研究了巡逻基地规模和暴力程度对士兵士气的影响。Soldier morale is a complex social construction influenced by factors at multiple levels and integrates many research domains. This research seeks to explore, model, and simulate soldier morale at multiple levels of analysis. Microcosmically Agent-Based Modeling method is used to reflect the interaction among fighters and the course of affecting morale,Macrocosmically SD method is used to reflect the influence of the tactical psychology on morale and the whole war in the counter-combat process. The developed sample case scenario pertained to US security efforts against insurgency in Afghanistan in 2007. The scenario includes representation of the patrol base operations serving as a platform for calibration and exploration of factors affecting soldier morale, the developed proof-of-concept simulation model used for testing the effect of both size of patrol base and violence level on soldier morale.
