高效单旋式换热器在丙烷脱氢制丙烯装置的应用

摘　　要：某公司600 kt/a丙烷脱氢制丙烯装置反应进/出料热器采用螺旋折流板列管式换热器。该换热器刚投用时热端温差高达72℃,远高于原25℃的设计要求,且该换热器换热管大量断裂、泄漏,装置仅运行一年多因设备泄漏共堵管达2 000多根,勉强维持80%负荷运行。结合装置实际情况,将原螺旋折流板列管式换热器更换为高效单旋式换热器,并对原设计参数进行了优化设计。结果表明:装置换热器更换为高效单旋式换热器后,装置负荷持续在107%运行,热端温差降低至25℃,反应产物侧压力降小于4.5 kPa。本次改造不仅解决了原换热器的泄漏问题,而且提高了装置运行负荷、丙烷转化率和丙烯收率,实现了装置安全平稳运行。Spiral tube heat exchanger is used as the original reactor feed/effluent heat exchanger in a company’s 0.6 MM TPY propane dehydrogenation unit. when the heat exchanger is initially started up, the hot temperature approaches is 72 ℃, which is much higher than the original design requirement of 25 ℃. In addition, the heat exchanger tubes are broken and leaked in large quantities. The device only operates for more than a year, and more than 2 000 tubes are blocked due to equipment leakage. The device barely maintains 80% load operation. According to the actual situation of the device, the original heat exchanger is replaced by the high efficiency spiral tube heat exchanger, and the original design parameters are optimized. The results show that the unit load continues to run at 107%, the hot temperature approaches of the new heat exchanger reduces to 25 ℃, the reactor effluent pressure drop is lower than 4.5 kPa. The replacement not only solves the leakage problem of the original heat exchanger, but also improves the operation load, propane conversion rate and propylene yield of the unit, and realizes the safe and stable operation of the unit.
