摘  要:针对超低硫柴油生产的急迫性,国内外知名公司近年来分别采用不同的技术开发了系列柴油超深度加氢脱硫催化剂。介绍了国内外柴油加氢Mo-Co,Mo-Ni两种类型催化剂的研究进展,分析国内外各大公司的最新技术和最新的催化剂,分析结果表明:Mo-Co型催化剂的发展趋势是提高催化剂的加氢脱硫活性和稳定性、降低氢耗、提高对原料油的适应能力;Mo-Ni型催化剂氢耗高,适应于氢气充足的炼油厂,具有很高的加氢脱硫和加氢脱氮活性以及高的芳烃饱和活性。总的发展趋势是提高催化剂的加氢脱硫、脱氮活性、提高催化剂的稳定性和对原料油的适应性,同时降低催化剂成本。In view of the urgency of ultra-low sulfur diesel production, a series of ultra-deep hydrodesulfurization(HDS) catalysts have been developed by famous domestic and foreign companies with different technologies in recent years. The research progress of Mo-Co and Mo-Ni catalysts for diesel HDS at home and abroad is reviewed in this paper. The latest technologies and catalysts of major companies at home and abroad are analyzed. The analysis shows that the development trend of Mo-Co catalysts is to improve the HDS activity and stability of catalysts, to reduce hydrogen consumption and to improve feedstock. Mo-Ni catalyst has high hydrogen consumption and is suitable for refineries with sufficient hydrogen. It has high HDS and HDS activity and high aromatics saturation activity. Its development trend is to improve the HDS, denitrification activity and the stability of the catalyst and its adaptability to feedstock, and at the same time reduce the adaptability of the catalyst to feedstock and cost of catalyst.
