摘　　要：目的:探究分析护理风险管理在静脉输液治疗中的作用和效果.方法:选取我院在2016年收治的共计100例实施静脉输液患者作为对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组采用常规护理管理方式,观察组采用护理风险管理方式,对比两组不良事件的发生率.结果:观察组不良事件发生率显著少于对照组,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义.结论:针对静脉输液患者实施风险管理后,输液所致的不良反应发生率降低,安全性得到了显著提升.Objective To explore and analyze the role and effect of nursing risk management in intravenous infusion therapy.Methods our hospital During 2016,in our hospital a total of 100 patients undergoing intravenous fluids as the research object,the patients according to the random distribution is divided into control group and observation group,the number of the control group a total of 50,observation group number 50,the control group using conventional nursing management methods,observation group adopts nursing risk management method,comparing two groups the incidence of adverse events.Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion After the current implementation of good risk management for intravenous infusion patients,the adverse reactions and events occurred during intravenous infusion are often under obvious control,and the safety in the infusion process has been significantly improved.
