伊曲康唑联合5%那他霉素滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察伊曲康唑联合5%那他霉素滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜炎的效果和安全性.方法:回顾性病例研究,选取2016年8月-2018年6月在乐山市人民医院眼科确诊的真菌性角膜炎患者40例(40只眼),实验组22例,给予5%那他霉素滴眼液联合口服伊曲康唑胶囊;对照组18例,仅给予5%那他霉素滴眼液治疗,观察并记录初诊、治疗后1、2、4、6、8W复诊时的症状、体征及变化情况.结果:实验组患者总有效率100%,高于对照组的83.3%,平均治疗时间(23.86±4.58)d,短于对照组的(40.83±3.84)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,所有患者均未发生明显局部及全身性毒副作用.结论:口服伊曲康唑联合5%那他霉素滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜炎可促进角膜愈合、安全有效.Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of oralItraconazolecombined with Natamycin eye drops in the treatment of fungal keratitis.Methods A retrospective case series was carried out from August in 2016 to June in 2018 at Department of Ophthalmology,Leshan People's Hospital.40 patients(40 eyes)with fungal keratitis,test group(Natamycin eye drops and Itraconazole capsules)and control group(Natamycin eye drops).the symptoms and signs were observed at the first visit to doctor,and the changes were recorded at the1、2、4、6、8weeks after treatment,respectively.Results The effectiveness of treatment group was 100%,and that of the control group was 83.3%,the average cure time of the treatment group was 23.86±4.58days,and the control group was 40.83±3.84days,the difference between two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Oral Itraconazolecombined with Natamycin eye drops is safe and effectivein treatment of fungal keratitis.
