摘 要:目的:研究磺脲类药物受体基因1(SUR1)多态性与新疆地区维汉妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)易感性的关系.方法:选取2017年1月-2017年12月新疆乌鲁木齐市妇幼保健院收治的孕妇450例中,根据OGTT实验,将其分为GDM组200例和正常健康孕妇250例为对照组,比较两组SUR1水平.结果:与对照组相比,血清SUR1水平GDM组明显升高,且GDM组内对比汉族人群,维族患者SUR1水平较高(P<0.05);GDM组中对比汉族人群,维族患者的+869T/C基因位点的TT、TC、CC基因型频率、等位基因(T、C)频率具有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:SUR1基因位点+869T/C单核苷酸多态性可能在新疆地区维汉GDM易感性中起着重要作用,尤其是维族人群SUR1基因多态性引起GDM易感性情况更严重.Objective To study the relationship between SUR1 gene polymorphism and the susceptibility to gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)in Uygur and Han nationalities of Xinjiang Autonomous Region.Methods 450 cases of pregnant women admitted to Urumqi Maternity and Child Care Hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected and divided into the GDM groupand the control group.The level of SUR1 was compared between the two groups.Results The level of serum SUR1 in the GDM group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of SUR1 in the Uygur nationality was higher than that in the Han nationality in the GDM group(P<0.05).The frequencies of TT,TC,CC genotypes and alleles(T,C)at+869T/C locus in the Uygur nationality in the GDM group were significantly different from those in the Han nationality(P<0.05).Conclusions The single nucleotide polymorphism of SUR1 at+869T/C locus may play an important role in the susceptibility to gestational diabetes mellitus in Uygur and Han nationalities of Xinjiang Autonomous Region,especially the susceptibility to GDM caused by SUR1 gene polymorphism is more serious in Uygur nationality.
