摘　　要：目的:分析封闭式负压引流技术治疗手创伤创面感染的效果.方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月我院收治的手创伤创面感染患者74例,将其随机分为两组,观察组患者接受封闭式负压引流技术治疗,对照组患者仅接受常规治疗,比较分析两组患者创面感染治疗效果.结果:观察组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组,观察组患者创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:封闭式负压引流技术治疗手创伤创面感染可以在一定程度上提升治疗效果,临床应用价值较高,值得应用.Objective To analyze the efficacy of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of hand wound infection.Methods Seventyfour patients with hand wound wound infection admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in this study.The patients in the observation group were treated with closed negative pressure drainage technique and the control group.Only conventional treatment was performed,and the therapeutic effects of wound infection in the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage technology can improve the therapeutic effect of hand wound wound infection to a certain extent,and its clinical application value is high,which is worthy of popularization.
