摘 要:选取SQ89×8.8 mm射孔枪,利用ANSYS软件建立射孔枪的有限元模型,通过仿真分析不同壁厚、不同盲孔深度的等深盲孔和不等深盲孔对射孔枪耐压性能的影响。等深外盲孔比不等深盲孔射孔枪的耐压性能平均提高15.5%;采用较深盲孔深度的等深射孔枪,其耐压性能可超过较浅盲孔深度的不等深盲孔射孔枪的耐压性能;在满足相同耐压要求情况下,可以采用深度较大的等深外盲孔结构以减少盲孔处枪管壁厚,进而减少射流穿透盲孔的能量损失。分析温度、轴向拉力载荷、枪长、接头对射孔枪耐压性能的影响,为耐高温耐高压射孔枪的研制提供新的思路。The finite element model of the SQ89×8.8 mm perforating gun is established by using the ANSYS software to simulate and analyze the pressure-resistant performance of the perforating gun with isobathic blind holes and varied-depth blind holes under the conditions of different wall thicknesses and different blind hole depths. The results show that: the perforating gun with isobathic blind holes exhibits a pressure-resistant performance 15.5% higher on average than the perforating gun with varied-depth blind holes;the perforating gun with deeper isobathic blind holes has a higher pressure-resistant performance than the perforating gun with shallower varied-depth blind holes;and given the consistent pressure-resistant requirement, the deeper isobathic external blind holes are preferred to reduce the wall thickness of the perforation gun at the positions of blind holes, thereby reducing the energy loss when jet penetrates the blind holes. Moreover, the effects of temperature, axial tension load, gun length and joint on the pressure-resistant performance of the perforating gun are analyzed, providing a new reference for the development of HTHP-resistant perforating gun.
