摘  要:通常,高功率光纤激光器采用如水冷、风冷等传统散热方式,往往无法满足实际需求(水冷体积重量大,风冷散热不足),进而导致激光器不能满足一些特殊应用。文章利用相变储能的特性,采用相变制冷方法,对全光纤激光器热处理进行了理论分析与实验研究,实现了工作波长1080 nm,最大输出功率409 W的连续光纤激光输出,光-光转换效率80%,有效减小了体积、重量,为高功率光纤激光器的热管理提供了新方法。In general,high power fiber laser adopts the traditional cooling methods such as water cooling and air cooling,which often cannot meet the actual needs,and thus the laser cannot meet some special applications.Based on the characteristics of phase change materials,the heat treatment of all-fiber laser was analyzed and studied by phase change refrigeration method.The continuous fiber laser output with a working wavelength of 1080 nm and a maximum output power of 409 W is realized.The light to light conversion efficiency is 80%,which effectively reduces the volume and weight.It provides a reflection for the thermal management of phase change refrigeration for some high optical power fiber lasers.
