摘　　要：目的:分析农村居民患常见病时的就医意向及其影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样法对山东省、山西省、贵州省、辽宁省和黑龙江省1660名居民进行问卷调查,根据病情轻重、可否进行自我诊断及医疗费用高低将常见病分为Ⅰ类常见病和Ⅱ类常见病。通过卡方检验和描述性统计进行数据分析。结果:多数农村居民在患Ⅰ类常见病时愿意选择基层医疗机构就医;多数农村居民在患Ⅱ类常见病时不愿选择基层医疗机构就医。农村居民选择基层医疗机构就医的共同影响因素是自身经济水平,不选择基层医疗机构就医的主要影响因素是医疗技术和医疗设备水平。结论:引导农村居民合理就医重点在于降低居民医疗经济负担、提升基层医疗机构的医疗服务能力。Objective: To analyze the intention of seeking medical treatment and its influencing factors of rural residents suffering from common diseases. Methods: A questionnaire survey was carried out by convenience sampling method, according to three factors, the common diseases were classified into common diseases of class I and common diseases of class II, which including severity of the disease, the cost of medical treatment and whether people could do self-diagnosis. The data was analyzed by chi square test and descriptive statistical analysis. Results: Most rural residents were willing to choose grassroots medical institution for treatment with common diseases of class I. Most rural residents were reluctant to choose grassroots medical institution for treatment with common diseases of class II. The common influencing factor of rural residents who chosen to seek medical treatment at the grassroots medical institution was economic factor, while the common influencing factors of rural residents who did not choose to seek medical treatment at the grassroots medical institution were medical technology and medical equipment. Conclusion: The key point of guiding rural residents to seek medical treatment rationally is to reduce the economic burden of residents’ medical care and improve the medical service capacity of grassroots medical institution.
