摘　　要：目的:了解村医同行评议及监督开展情况,为加强村医管理提供参考。方法:对乡村医生进行自编问卷调查,了解村医同行评议和同行监督情况。结果:56.6%的村医认为同行评议重要,但只有7.8%的村医经常收到同行评议问卷,36.7%未接受过评议。79.7%的村医认为同行监督重要;91.0%的会制止药品推销,有57.0%的村医会上报医疗差错或不能胜任者;76.1%表示愿意接受同行监督。工作年限、是否有执业(助理)医师证、学历对同行监督有影响。3.0%的村医认为监督可由同行村医来执行,92.9%的村医同意定期考核,31.1%的村医常接收到监督。结论:村医愿意接受同行评议和监督,但并不了解其目的和意义,同行评议和监督有待加强。Objective: To investigate the status of peer-review and supervision of rural doctors, and to put forward suggestions for the management of rural doctors. Methods: A self-made questionnaire survey was conducted among rural doctors to understand the basic situation of rural doctors, peer-review and peer-supervision. Results: 56.6% of rural doctors thought that peer-review were important, but only 7.8% of rural doctors often received peer-review questionnaire, while 36.7% of rural doctors had not received any evaluation. 79.7% of rural doctors believed that peer-supervision were important, 91.0% of rural doctors would take measures to stop drug sales, 57% of rural doctors would report medical errors or incompetent doctors, 76.1% of the rural doctors indicated that they were willing to accept peer-supervision. The working years, whether there was a medical license and academic diplomas had impact on peer-supervision. 3.0% of rural doctors thought that supervision was carried out by peer rural doctors, 92.9% of the rural doctors agreed to receive regular professional and technical assessments, and 31.1% of rural doctors often received supervision. Conclusion: Rural doctors are willing to accept peer-review and supervision, but they don’t figure out the purpose and significance. Peer-review and supervision should be strengthened.
