摘  要:通过引入叔碳酸缩水甘油酯单体,并采取分步聚合法工艺合成高固体分聚酯树脂,制得了施工VOC满足环保要求的卷材涂料。探讨了不同二元酸类型、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯用量、相对分子质量及合成工艺对聚酯树脂及漆膜性能的影响。实验结果表明:采用分步法聚酯合成工艺,第一步选用甲基丙二醇及己二酸、六氢苯酐及苯酐合成的端羧基聚酯,酸超量40%;第二步中引入叔碳酸缩水甘油酯及三羟甲基丙烷及甲基丙二醇,醇超量50%,可得到数均相对分子质量为1 862、固含量为81%、黏度(23℃)为1 860 mPa·s的高固体分聚酯树脂,以此树脂配制的白色卷材面漆性能良好,施工VOC为305 g/L,满足低于420 g/L的要求。A coil coatings meeting the VOC limit of environmental regulation was prepared with a high solid polyester resin that was synthesized by step polymerization process with glycidyl versatate as a monomer. The influence of diacid,the dosage of glycidyl versatate,molecular weight and synthetic process on the properties of polyester resin was studied. The experimental results showed that in the step polymerization,firstly,methyl propylene glycol,adipic acid,hexahydrophthalic anhydride and phthalic anhydride were used to synthesize carboxyl-terminated polyester resin with 40% acid excess,then in the second step,the high solid polyester resin was synthesized by introducing glycidyl versatate,trimethylolpropane and methyl propylene glycol,with 50% alcohol excess. The high-solid polyester resin obtained showed the following characteristics:the molecular weight Mnwas 1 862,solid content was81%,viscosity at 23 ℃ was 1 860 mPa·s. A white coil topcoat prepared from this polyester resin provided good performance. The VOC content of the white coil topcoat during application was 305 g/L,which was in line with the limit of lower than 420 g/L.
