摘  要:随着国内油气管道的发展,管道直径越来越大、管壁越来越薄,管道补口质量一直是整个防腐层的一个薄弱点。为了进一步提升管道补口质量,气体极化技术在中俄东线天然气管道工程(黑河-长岭)进行了大规模应用,表明采用该技术的环氧涂层与主管道的聚乙烯层附着力大大增强,有效地解决了环氧涂料与聚乙烯层之间的粘结问题。With the rapid development of oil and gas pipelines in China,the diameter of pipelines has became larger,while the pipeline wall was down to thinner,but the quality of pipeline joint has been a weak point of the whole corrosion protection system. In order to improve the protection,the technology of gas polarization was used in the East China-Russia natural gas pipeline project(HeiHe-ChangLing),it was concluded that the adhesion between epoxy coatings and polyethylene layer of main pipeline was greatly enhanced,and the problem of overlap edge warping between epoxy coating and polyethylene layer of main pipeline was effectively solved.
