摘 要:为考察离子液体(IL)与金属减活剂之间的相互作用,对一种质子型IL与3种不同结构金属减活剂在PAO4中的相容性进行研究;采用四球试验机考察IL与金属减活剂对摩擦学性能的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线能谱仪(EDS)对球磨斑表面进行分析,探讨金属减活剂与IL协同作用的机制;分析IL对金属减活剂腐蚀抑制效果的影响。结果表明:质子型IL能够显著提升PAO4的抗磨性和极压性能,金属减活剂与IL在抗磨性能和极压性能上表现出一定的协同作用;由于摩擦的机械作用和热作用,IL作为润滑添加剂在摩擦过程中发生了摩擦化学反应,生成了由FeP与FePO4组成的化学反应膜,起到抗磨的作用;离子液体的存在不会对金属减活剂的腐蚀抑制效果产生影响。In order to investigate the interaction between ionic liquid(IL) and metal deactivator,the compatibility between a proton-type IL with three different metal deactivators in PAO4 was studied.The effect of IL and metal deactivators on the tribological properties of PAO4 were investigated via four-ball tester.The morphology and chemical composition of worn surfaces after the tribological testing were examined using a scanning electron microscope(SEM) equipped with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),and the synergistic mechanism between IL and metal deactivator was discussed based on surface characterization and chemical analysis.The effect of IL on corrosion inhibition property of metal deactivators was analyzed.The results show that the anti-wear and extreme pressure properties of PAO4 is significantly improved with the incorporation of IL.IL and metal deactivator exhibit slight synergistic effect in terms of anti-wear and extreme pressure performance.Tribochemical film composed of FeP and FePO4 is formed under boundary condition,which plays a significant role in the wear reduction.The presence of IL will not affect the corrosion inhibition properties of metal deactivators.
