摘 要:为了解决锯条在锯解硬质石材过程中变形过大问题,提高板材平整度,以金刚石框架锯条为研究对象,分析了锯条在偏心张紧力作用下法向变形及内部应力状态,提出偏心张紧力优化方案,优化后的锯条比水平张紧力的锯条最大法向变形降低47%。为进一步提高锯条稳定性,基于非线性静力学仿真分析了法向锯解力与锯条侧向变形的映射关系,同时理论推导了侧向锯解力对锯条弯曲和扭转变形关系。研究结果表明,调整偏心张紧参数,降低侧向锯解力和调整锯条尺寸参数可以有效降低锯条变形和应力。In order to solve the problem of excessive deformation of saw blade in the process of sawing hard stone and improve the smoothness of plate.Taking the diamond frame saw blade as the research object,analyze the normal deformation and internal stress of the saw blade under eccentric tension,put forward the optimum scheme of eccentric tension force.The maximum normal deformation of the optimized saw blade is 47%lower than that of the horizontal tension force.In order to further improve the stability of saw blade,based on the nonlinear static simulation,analyze the mapping relationship between the normal sawing force and the lateral deformation,and deduce the relationship between the lateral sawing force and the bending and torsional deformation theoretically The results show that adjusting the eccentric tension parameters,reducing the side sawing force and adjusting the size parameters of the saw blade can effectively reduce the deformation and stress of the saw blade.
