摘  要:针对转向架牵引拉杆装配作业过程中存在的人机工效不合理问题,提出了一套综合评价改进方法。将装配过程分为单任务过程和多任务过程两类,牵引拉杆装配作业过程属于多任务过程。基于DELMIA对原装配过程进行仿真,并利用RULA分析、NIOSH分析和Snook&Ciriello表分析对原装配多任务过程进行了更细粒度的评估,发现工人的劳动强度过大、劳动舒适度过低。利用该套综合评价改进方法对原装配过程进行改进,对比改进前后的分析结果可以看出,工人的劳动强度和劳动舒适度得到明显改善。Aiming at the unreasonable ergonomics in the assembly operation of bogie traction rods,a comprehensive evaluation improvement method was proposed.The assembly process was divided into two types:single task process and multitasking process.The assembly process of the traction rod was a multitasking process.Based on DELMIA,the original assembly multitasking process was simulated and was evaluated in a more granular manner by RULA analysis,NIOSH analysis and Snook&Ciriello analysis.It was found that the labor intensity of workers was too high and the work comfort was too low.The original assembly process was improved by using the comprehensive evaluation improvement method.It can be seen from the analysis results before and after the improvement that the labor intensity and labor comfort of the workers are significantly improved.
