摘　　要：介绍了原苏联莎拉托夫机床厂5c270n型号半自动切齿机机械部分传动机构的改造,恢复了机床技术要求,提高了机床加工精度,符合机床绿色再制造理念,解决了国外机床备件国产化替代问题。There are ten former Soviet saratov machine tool factory 5c270n semi-automatic gear cutting machines in the author’s factory,all of which are facing upgrading,this paper introduces the transformation of the transmission mechanism of the mechanical part,restore the technical requirements of the machine tool,resolves the problem of the replacement of the spare parts of the foreign machine tool by localization,and conforms to the idea of green remanufacturing of the machine tool.
