摘  要:为满足四极杆的极杆和高精度静压主轴的转轴的高精度要求,研制了专用高精度数控外圆磨床。该机床整体采用全对称大理石床身结构,具有良好的减震效果和热稳定性;伺服进给系统采用闭式液体静压导轨承载和高精度光栅检测反馈全闭环控制,具有几何精度好、位置精度高的特点;基于液体静压支承的高速磨削主轴保证了回转精度高。该机床通过1 000 h的应用验证,磨削φ18 mm×200mm四极杆的精度达到了圆度0.3μm、圆柱度0.9μm的要求,同时通过对比某进口磨床磨削结果,表明该机床达到了同等机床的高精度要求。According to the grinding requirements of quadrupole pole rod and the rotation shaft of high precision hydrostatic spindle,a special high precision CNC cylindrical grinding machine was developed. Marble is used as the main structure of the machine tool,and it constitutes fully symmetrical structure. The closed liquid hydrostatic guideway is used in servo feed. High geometric precision and position accuracy is achieved by ball screw drive and high precision grating which feedback by full closed loop control. High speed grinding spindle based on hydrostatic support has achieved high dynamic rotary precision. The machine tool passed 1000 h application verification examination. The grinding accuracy of roundness 0.3 μm and cylindricity 0.9 μm is achieved for manufacturing the pole of quadrupole with a size of φ18 mm×200 mm. The comparison of the grinding quality which using this machine tool with an imported grinder shows that this machine tool has a higher grinding precision in a batch manufacturing.
