托板螺母冷挤压加工自动上下料系统的研究与设计

摘　　要：针对托板螺母压力机冷挤压加工特点,并结合托板螺母零件加工工艺,设计研发出托板螺母冷挤压加工自动上下料系统。该装置主要由离心式及直线送料机构、定位转盘机构、送料机构、自动润滑单元、下料机构及红外监测系统组成,运行过程中通过PLC程序控制,实现各机构的有效联动,完成了托板螺母冷挤压的自动化生产,提高了加工效率,消除了生产安全隐患,对企业自动化生产线的构造打下了良好的基础。According to the cold extrusion processing characteristics of the plate and nut press and combined with the processing technology of the plate and nut parts,an automatic feeding and unloading system for the plate and nut cold extrusion processing was designed and developed.The device is mainly composed of centrifugal and linear feeding mechanism,positioning turntable,feeding mechanism,automatic lubrication unit,blanking and infrared monitoring system composition,operation process by PLC program control,realize the effective linkage institutions,completed the plate nut cold extrusion of automated production,improves the machining efficiency,eliminates the safe hidden trouble of production,the structure of the automatic production line of the enterprise has laid a good foundation.
