摘　　要：设计了一种伸缩式动力减振镗杆。该镗杆由内镗杆、镗杆套、平衡减振块组成,内镗杆安装在镗杆套内,平衡减振块安装在镗杆套后端。内镗杆减振效果好,镗杆套刚性强,内镗杆可在镗杆套内伸缩,实现了减振效果与切削刚性的匹配调整,适应不同加工工艺的要求。平衡减振块解决了镗杆受力偏载的问题。Developed a telescopic structure vibration absorption.It contains of built-in boring bar,boring bushing,balance industrial mouldings.The built-in boring bar designed in boring bushing and balance industrial mouldings designed in the end of boring bushing.The damping effect of built-in boring bar and the rigid of boring bushing are good.Built-in boring bar can freely slid in boring bushing,so damping and rigid effect will matched and adjusted different process requirements.Balance industrial mouldings solved the problem of unbalanced loads of boring bar.
