摘  要:以集中空调冷水机组系统为研究对象,根据能耗理论和基本数据,提出了一种基于电负荷率的冷水机组运行能效计算方法。采用分段最小二乘法,对电负荷率与冷水机组能效比之间的关系进行拟合,建立了不同电负荷率下的冷水机组能效比曲线。算例表明,该方法能够更快速、准确反映冷水机组的实际运行能效特性,可为电能服务管理平台中冷水机组的能效在线评估和节能运行研究提供参考。Taking a chiller system in central air conditioning as the research object, according to the energy consumption theory and the basic data of chillers, presents an energy efficiency calculation method of chillers based on electric load rate. Adopts the piecewise least square method to fit the relationship between the electric load rate and the energy efficiency ratio of the chiller, and establishes the energy efficiency ratio curve of the chiller at different electric load rates. The calculation example shows that the method can more quickly and accurately reflect the actual energy efficiency characteristics of the chiller, which provides a reference for the online energy efficiency assessment and efficient operation of the chiller in the electric energy service management platform.
