摘 要:目的探讨B亚型血清学鉴定及基因测序分析。方法采用血型血清学方法鉴定ABO血型,采用PCR-SSP、ABO基因分型、基因测序等方法进行分型和序列分析。结果血清学鉴定发现4例B亚型,其中基因型B303/O2 3例、Bw11/02 1例;基因测序发现第3内含子intron3+5 G/A杂合3例、nt695 T/C杂合突变1例。结论采用血型血清学鉴定,结合基因分型技术是正确鉴定ABO亚型的策略。Objective To explore the serological identification and gene sequencing analysis of subtype B. Methods Serological method is performed to identify the ABO blood group, and PCR-SSP, ABO genotyping and gene sequencing are carried out to analyze the genotypes and sequences. Results Four cases of subtype B were found by serological identification, the genotype of which included 3 cases of B303/O2 and 1 case of Bw11/02. 3 cases of intron3+5 G/A heterozygote and 1 case of nt695 T/C heterozygote mutation were revealed by gene sequencing. Conclusion The combination of genotyping and serological identification is the correct strategy for identifying ABO subtypes.
