摘 要:选用易于在环氧树脂中分散的纳米粉末羧基丁腈橡胶VP-5011(简称纳米粉末橡胶)改性双马来酰亚胺树脂,采用DSC、SEM、TEM等分析方法对增韧改性后的双马来酰亚胺树脂进行表征,考察了改性后双马来酰亚胺树脂的固化特性及力学性能。表征结果显示,纳米粉末橡胶较均匀地分散在树脂基体中,改性后的双马来酰亚胺树脂呈树枝状断面形态。实验结果表明,纳米粉末橡胶的加入降低了反应的活化能,对双马来酰亚胺树脂体系的反应有一定的促进作用,经5%(w)纳米粉末橡胶改性的双马来酰亚胺树脂的冲击强度提高了64.4%,弯曲模量和热变形温度略有下降。The bismaleimide resin was modified by nano-powder carboxylic nitrile-butadiene rubber VP-5011,which was easy to disperse in epoxy resin.The modified bismaleimide resin was characterized by DSC,SEM and TEM.The curing and mechanical properties of the modified bismaleimide resin were investigated.The characterization results show that the nano-powder rubber is more evenly dispersed in the resin matrix,and the modi ed bismaleimide resin has a kind of dendritic section morphology.The results showed that the addition of nano-powder rubber reduced the activation energy of the reaction and promoted the reaction of bismaleimide resin system.The impact strength of bismaleimide resin modi ed by 5%(w)nano-powder rubber increased by 64.4%,and the exural modulus and heat deformation temperature decreased slightly.
