BCND-S催化剂在Novolen工艺装置上生产抗冲聚丙烯2100H

摘　　要：利用分光光度仪、激光粒度仪、GC和本体聚合等方法分析了BCND-S催化剂的性能,同时在550 kt/a Novolen丙烯聚合工艺装置上生产抗冲聚丙烯2100H,考察了装置运行的平稳性以及抗冲聚丙烯的性能,并与进口催化剂进行了对比。实验结果表明,BCND-S催化剂粒径较小,粒径分布相对较窄,聚合活性和定向能力高于进口催化剂。在生产2100H期间,反应器温度和压力控制稳定,装置运行稳定,粉料流动性好,细粉含量低。生产的2100H的相对分子质量分布较宽,且具有良好的力学性能,刚性和耐热性能较进口催化剂生产的产品有较大提升。因此BCND-S催化剂适合在Novolen工艺聚丙烯装置上生产抗冲聚丙烯。Spectrophotometer,LPSA,GC and bulk polymerization were used to characterize the properties of BCND-S catalyst.BCND-S catalyst was applied industrially to a 550 kt/a Novolen propylene polymerization process plant to produce impact polypropylene 2100H and to investigate the stability of the operation of the plant and the quality of the impact polypropylene product,and was compared with imported catalyst.The results indicated that BCND-S catalyst had smaller particle size and narrower particle size distribution,the polymerization activity and the stereotacticity of BCND-S catalyst were higher than a reference imported catalyst.During the production of 2100H,the temperature and pressure of the reactors were stable and the plant ran stably,the powder had good fluidity,and little fine powder content.The impact polypropylene 2100H prepared had broad molecular weight distribution,and excellent mechanical properties.In particular,the rigidity and heat-resistant quality were obviously improved compared with the product prepared by the reference imported catalyst.The BCND-S catalyst is suitable for the production of impact polypropylene 2100H on the Novolen process polypropylene plant.
