摘　　要：目的观察预防性维修对降低Philips iU22彩超故障率的效果。方法将我院2017年1月至2018年12月使用的10台Philips iU22彩超设为观察组,2015年1月至2016年12月使用的10台Philips iU22彩超设为对照组,比较两组的设备故障率和故障发生频次。结果观察组的设备故障率(20.00%)低于对照组(70.00%),设备黑屏、间歇性死机、电源不供电、伪影、显示屏碎裂等故障发生频次低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防性维修可降低Philips iU22彩超的故障率,减少设备故障频次,对提高设备的性能、延长设备的使用寿命具有重要的意义。Objective To observe the effect of preventive maintenance on reducing the fault rate of Philips iU22 color Doppler ultrasound. Methods 10 sets of Philips iU22 color Doppler ultrasound used from January 2017 to December 2018 were set as observation group, and 10 sets of Philips iU22 color Doppler ultrasound used from January 2015 to December 2016 were set as control group. The fault rate and fault frequency of the equipments were compared between the two groups. Results The equipment fault rate of the observation group(20.00%) was lower than that of the control group(70.00%), and the equipment fault frequency such as intermittent crash, black screen, power supply failure, artifact and display fragmentation of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions Preventive maintenance can reduce the fault rate and fault frequency of Philips iU22 color Doppler ultrasound, which is of great significance to improve the performance and prolong the service life of the equipments.
