经皮肾镜取石术和肾实质切开取石术治疗肾结石的疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的比较分析经皮肾镜取石术和肾实质切开取石术治疗肾结石的临床效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月我院收治的肾结石患者94例,随机分为实验组和对照组各47例。实验组采用经皮肾镜取石术治疗,对照组采用肾实质切开取石术治疗,比较两组的手术相关指标、治疗效果及并发症。结果实验组的手术时间、肾造瘘留管时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,出血量显著少于对照组(P均<0.05)。实验组的治疗总有效率为97.87%,显著高于对照组的87.23%(P<0.05)。实验组的并发症发生率为4.26%,显著低于对照组的19.15%(P<0.05)。结论肾结石患者应用经皮肾镜取石术治疗效果显著,可明显缩短治疗时间,降低并发症发生率,促进患者术后恢复。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of percutaneous nephrolithotomy and anatrophic nephrolithotomy in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods From February 2017 to February 2019, 94 patients with renal calculi in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 47 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and the control group was treated with anatrophic nephrolithotomy. The surgery related indicators, curative effects and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, retention time of nephrostomy tube and hospitalization time of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group, and the amount of blood loss was significantly less than that of control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment of experimental group was 97.87%, significantly higher than 87.23% of control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications of experimental group was 4.26%, significantly lower than 19.15% of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Percutaneous nephrolithotomy has significant curative effect in the treatment of patients with renal calculi, which can obviously shorten the treatment time, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote patients’ postoperative recovery.
