综合护理干预对婴幼儿泪囊炎泪道探通术术后并发症的预防作用

摘　　要：目的分析综合护理干预对婴幼儿泪囊炎泪道探通术术后并发症的预防作用。方法选取2018年2月至2019年4月我院接收的行泪道探通术的泪囊炎患儿70例,随机分为两组各35例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预,比较两组的并发症及家属护理满意度。结果观察组的并发症发生率为2.9%,显著低于对照组的20.0%(P<0.05)。观察组的家属护理满意度为97.1%,显著高于对照组的77.1%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效预防泪囊炎患儿泪道探通术术后并发症的发生,提高家属的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in prevention of complications after probing of lacrimal passage in infants with dacryocystitis. Methods 70 cases of infants with dacryocystitis undergoing lacrimal passage probing in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The control group were given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The complications and nursing satisfaction degree of family members were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.9%, significantly lower than 20.0% in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree offamily members in the observation group was 97.1%, significantly higher than 77.1% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent the incidence of complications after probing of lacrimal passage in infants with dacryocystitis, and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of family members, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
