摘　　要：目的评价功能锻炼联合心理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能和负性情绪的影响。方法选取我院2017年12月至2019年4月期间收治的COPD稳定期患者82例,随机分为两组各41例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施功能锻炼联合心理干预,比较两组护理干预前后的肺功能以及负性情绪。结果护理干预后,观察组患者的肺功能指标(FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC)均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),负性情绪评分(SAS评分、SDS评分)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论功能锻炼联合心理干预能明显提高COPD稳定期患者的肺功能,改善其负性情绪,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of functional exercise combined with psychological intervention on pulmonary function and negative emotion in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) at stable phase. Methods 82 patients with COPD at stable phase admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received regular nursing intervention, and the observation group received functional exercise combined with psychological intervention. The pulmonary function and negative emotion before and after nursing intervention were compared between two groups. Results After nursing intervention, the pulmonary function indicators(FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC) of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the negative emotion scores(SAS score and SDS score) were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Functional exercise combined with psychological intervention can obviously improve the pulmonary function and negative emotion of patients with COPD at stable phase, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
