重症监护优质化护理干预在急性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨重症监护优质化护理干预在急性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至12月我院收治的88例急性心力衰竭患者,随机分成观察组和对照组各44例。对照组采用常规重症监护护理干预,观察组在此基础上采用重症监护优质化护理干预,比较两组的救治成功率、再次入院率及生活质量。结果观察组的救治成功率97.73%,高于对照组的84.09%(P<0.05)。观察组的再次入院率为2.27%,低于对照组的18.18%(P<0.05)。护理干预后,观察组的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重症监护优质化护理干预可显著提升急性心力衰竭患者的救治成功率,改善患者的预后及生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of intensive care high-quality nursing intervention for patients with acute heart failure. Methods 88 patients with acute heart failure in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given intensive care routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given intensive care high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The success rate of treatment, readmission rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of treatment of the observation group was 97.73%, higher than 84.09% of the control group(P<0.05). The readmission rate of the observation group was2.27%, lower than 18.18% of the control group(P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the scores of quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions High-quality nursing intervention in intensive care can significantly improve the success rate of treatment for patients with acute heart failure, and improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
