无缝隙护理管理在连续性血液净化患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析无缝隙护理管理在连续性血液净化患者中的应用效果。方法 90例连续性血液净化患者随机分为两组各45例。对照组给予常规血液净化护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施无缝隙护理管理。比较两组的护理质量、护理满意度及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组的病历书写、常规护理、健康教育、病区管理评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论对行连续性血液净化患者实施无缝隙护理管理,能够提高护理质量,提高患者的护理满意度,降低不良事件发生率。Objective To analyze the application effect of seamless nursing management in patients with continuous blood purification. Methods 90 patients with continuous blood purification were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received routine blood purification nursing, and the observation group received seamless nursing management on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing quality, nursing satisfaction degree and incidence of adverse events were compared between two groups. Results The scores of medical record writing, routine nursing, health education and ward management of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Seamless nursing management applied in patients with continuous blood purification can improve the nursing quality and patients’ nursing satisfaction degree, and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
