摘　　要：目的调查服药记录册在提高出院患者达比加群酯服药依从性中的作用。方法选取心血管内科接受达比加群酯抗凝治疗的88例出院患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,各44例。告知两组患者达比加群酯按时准确服药的重要性,同时对观察组患者发放服药记录册、指导填写并告知复诊带回,比较两组患者的服药依从性。结果观察组患者的服药依从性显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论服药记录册能有效提高口服达比加群酯患者的服药依从性。Objective To investigate the effect of medication record booklet in improving medication compliance of patients taking dabigatran etexilate. Methods 88 patients who received dabigatran etexilate for anticoagulant therapy and discharged from hospital were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. All the patients were told the importance of timely and accurate medication of dabigatran etexilate, and patients in the observation group were given medication record booklet, instructed to fill in and bring back with subsequent visits. Drug compliance was compared between two groups.Results The drug compliance of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Medication record booklet can effectively improve the drug compliance of patients with oral dabigatran etexilate.
