摘　　要：介绍了某小型电机转子冲片复合模的结构设计、制造工艺和装配要点。该模具通过采用特殊的加工工艺方法和钳工装配手段,满足了凸模小、形状复杂、精度要求高的特点,完全达到了设计和使用要求,模具使用寿命长,冲片质量好。This paper introduces the structure design,manufacturing process and assembly points of the small motor laminations compound die.The die adopts special processing technology and fitter assembly method,it meets the characteristics of small punch,complex shape and high precision requirements,it completely meets the design and use requirements,the die has a long service life and good product quality.
