摘　　要：根据高强钢U形件的结构特点,针对传统反复校形修改,造成工时极大浪费和通用化差的问题,提出一次弯曲成形模具设计方案。介绍了模具设计中参数计算方法,然后使用三维建模软件对模具结构进行实体建模设计,实现一次弯曲成形和通用化的要求,降低了生产成本,为同类制件的模具设计提供参考。According to the structural characteristics of high-strength u shaped parts,aiming at the problem of great waste of working hours and poor generalization caused by traditional repeated calibration,a technical scheme of die combination design for one-time forming was put forward.Firstly,the calculation method of each parameter of the die is given,and then the solid model of the die structure is built by using three-dimensional modeling software,which realizes the requirement of one-time bending-forming and generalization,reduces the production cost and provides valuable reference for the design of similar products。
