摘 要:以某款汽车前保饰条为例,从塑件造型、模流分析、注射模设计等进行CAD/CAE一体化设计,大大缩短模具研发周期,为塑件在模腔中的成功注射提供良好的技术保障,减少试模次数,降低生产成本。通过采用CAD/CAE技术对汽车前保饰条进行塑件设计、模流分析及注射模结构设计,大大提高了设计效率,采用较先进的CAE技术对塑件成型结果进行计算机成型仿真,对塑件的缺陷提前预知并分析原因,调整优化设计参数,为塑件在型腔中的成型提供良好的技术保障。Take the automobile front bumper as an example,this paper takes an example of automobile presafety trim strip,CAD/CAE integration design is carried out from product modeling,mold flow analysis and injection mold design,greatly shorten the mold development cycle,to provide good technical support for the success of the product in the cavity,reduce the number of trial runs and the cost of production.By means of CAD/CAE technology for autumobile front bumper molding product design,mold flow analysis and structure design of injection mold,can greatly improve the design efficiency,using more advanced CAE technology to product molding result of computer simulation,for the product defects in advance to predict and analyze the reason,adjusting and optimizing design parameters,for success in the cavity injection molding products provide a good technical support.
