摘 要:目的:探究固定正畸治疗对于矫治器周围牙体颜色的影响及氟化物对牙体颜色变化干预的效果。方法:将符合纳入标准的30名正畸患者分成涂氟组与非涂氟组,每两月用电脑比色仪测色。结果:每月涂氟组与未涂氟组中相对应的ΔE*平均值行两两配对资料的t检验,相应P值均≤0.05,示涂氟对牙体颜色变化有干预效果;未涂氟组中各组每次测得的ΔE*平均值呈现随时间增加而递增的趋势。结论:脱矿会导致固定矫治器周围牙面颜色改变,与戴用时间呈正相关。长期正确应用氟化物可良好防治釉质脱矿,减少正畸牙牙体颜色变化。Objective: To explore the effect of fixed orthodontic treatment on the color of the teeth close to orth-odontic appliances and the effect of fluoride intervention against tooth color change. Methods: Thirty orthodontic pa-tients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into fluoride-coated group and non-fluoride-coated group. Toothcolor was measured by a computer colorimeter every two months. Results: The paired t test showed that P values forcomparisons of mean ΔE* between the fluoride-coated and non-fluoride-coated groups were ≤ 0.05, indicatingthat fluoride coatings had a protective effect against tooth color change. Mean ΔE* in the subgroups of the non-fluo-ride-coated group showed an increasing trend over time. Conclusion: Tooth color close to fixed orthodontic appli-ances changes because of demineralization, which is positively correlated with wearing time. Long-term and properuse of fluoride can effectively prevent enamel demineralization and reduce the color change of orthodontic teeth.
