摘  要:生态宜居城市的土地利用空间多目标优化应该涵盖土地的生态效益和经济效益。首次将城市风环境和碳排放因素同时融入空间土地利用优化中,把风环境、碳排放、生态服务值、GDP值和土地类型转换成本5个土地目标以及土地规划的约束条件,整体融入基于遗传算法的空间多目标土地优化方法中。证明了此多目标土地利用优化方法的有效性和可行性,并提供多种土地利用配置优化方案的可能性。以深圳市为例,结果表明加入城市通风低碳目标的生态宜居城市土地利用空间优化方法在支持城市规划过程中具有一定的潜力,生成的多种建议规划方案可以满足不同的目标需求。Multi-objective spatial land-use optimization of ecological and livable city should cover both ecological benefits and economic benefits.This paper integrated urban wind environment and carbon emission factors into the spatial land use optimization simultaneously for the first time.Five land-use objectives,including wind environment,carbon emission,ecological service value,GDP value and land type conversion cost,and the constraints of land planning are formulated into a genetic algorithm (GA)-based multi-objective optimization model.It demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of this multi-objective land-use optimization method and the possibility of providing large amounts of land-use allocation plans.Given Shenzhen as a case study,the results show that the multi-objective spatial land-use optimization approach which includes urban ventilation and low-carbon objectives has certain potential in supporting urban planning,and various proposed planning schemes can be generated to meet different target needs.
