摘 要:以吐鲁番葡萄沟景区为研究对象,用特尔菲法找出葡萄沟景区的核心利益主体,运用社会网络分析法从横向和纵向两个方向,分析了葡萄沟景区各核心利益主体间的横向网络关系,旅游餐饮点与家访点内部利益个体间的纵向网络结构关系。结果表明,葡萄沟景区的核心利益主体为政府及景区管委会;餐饮网的核心利益相关者是帕他尔·伊布拉音饭馆及红玫瑰回民餐厅;民族家访网的核心利益相关者是老村长民族家访;家访网的密度最高,餐饮网的密度最低。Taking the Putaogou scenic spot in Turpan as the research object,Delphi method is used in this paper to find out the core stakeholders of the Putaogou scenic spot,and social network analysis method is used to analyze the horizontal network relationship between the core stakeholders of the Putaogou scenic spot,and the vertical network structure relationship between the stakeholders in the tourist restaurants and the home visits.The results show that the core stakeholders of the Grape Valley Scenic Area are the government and the Management Committee of the Scenic Area;the core stakeholders of the catering network are the Patal Ibrahim Restaurant and the Red Rose Hui Restaurant;the core stakeholders of the national home visiting network are the elder villagers’national home visits;the density of the home visiting network is the highest,and the density of the catering network is the lowest.
