摘　　要：尖锐湿疣是临床上最常见的性传播疾病之一。高频电刀烧灼法术后复发率低,对患者创伤性小,是目前临床上最常使用的治疗手段。采用高频电刀烧灼法治疗的尖锐湿疣患者在治疗的同时还必须进行全面的综合护理,针对不同的病人采取相应的处理措施,重视心理护理,加强性病知识的宣传教育,帮助病人减轻心理压力。本文就高频电刀烧灼法治疗尖锐湿疣的手术护理,从心理护理、术前、术中、术后等几个方面做以下综述。Condyloma acuminatum is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases in clinic. High frequency electric knife cauterization is the most commonly used method in clinical treatment because of its low recurrence rate and little wound to patients. The patients with condyloma acuminatum who are treated with high frequency electric knife cauterization must be given comprehensive nursing at the same time. According to different patients, we should take corresponding measures, pay attention to psychological nursing, strengthen the propaganda and education of venereal disease knowledge, and help the patients to reduce psychological pressure.. In this paper, the surgical nursing of condyloma acuminatum treated by high frequency electric knife cauterization is reviewed from the aspects of psychological nursing, preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative.
