规范化护理在瘢痕子宫顺产意向产妇分娩中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨以患者为中心的规范化护理在瘢痕子宫顺产意向产妇中的应用效果,以期为瘢痕子宫患者的护理提供参考。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月来我院就诊且符合纳入标准的125例瘢痕子宫顺产意向产妇为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同,将2016年1月至12月的患者作为观察组(n=68),2017年1月至12月的患者作为对照组(n=57)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取以患者为中心的规范化护理,比较两组产程出血量、住院时间、住院费用、顺产情况、满意度以及感染率。结果观察组产程出血量、住院时间、住院费用均明显少于对照组(p<0.05);观察组顺产率及满意度明显高于对照组(p<0.05),感染率明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论以患者为中心的规范化护理在瘢痕子宫顺产意向产妇中具有较好的应用效果,可有效减少患者产程出血量、住院时间及住院费用,并有效提高患者顺产率及满意度,且感染率较低。Objective To analyze the effect of patient-centered standard nursing in scarred uterus puerpera with intention of eutocia,to provide a reference for nursing of patients with scarred uterus.Methods A total of 125 scarred uterus patients with eutocia intention who met the inclusion criteria and visited our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled,and divided into control group(n=57)and observation group(n=68)according to different nursing methods.The patients admitted from January to December 2016 were in the observation group,and the patients admitted from January to December 2017 were in the control group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received patient-centered standard nursing.The amount of bleeding during labor,length of stay,hospitalization expenditure,eutocia results,satisfaction and infection rate were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding during labor,length of stay and hospitalization expenditure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(p<0.05);The rate of eutocia of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05),and the infection rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Patient-centered standard nursing proved to be effective in scarred uterus patients with intention of eutocia,which can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding during labor,length of stay and hospitalization expenditure,and effectively improve the rate of eutocia and satisfaction of patients,and reduce the infection rate.
