高危药品预发药模式管理的实践与探讨

摘　　要：高危药品一旦使用不当会造成患者严重伤害或死亡,是医疗机构医疗和药事管理工作的重点内容。在一些特殊科室,如急诊室、手术室、麻醉科、重症监护,高危药品使用频率高且往往采用预发药模式,其风险比常规经过药师审核发放的风险性高出许多,更值得引起医院医疗和药事管理部门的重视。本文以手术麻醉科为例,通过制定高危药品管理分级制度和预发药模式下使用规范、建立健全预发药模式下高危药品不良事件防范措施等,控制和降低使用高危药品不良事件发生风险,持续改进高危药品管理质量,为有效管理高危药品提供方法,确实保障患者用药安全。High-risk drugs have always been one of the focuses of medical and pharmaceutical management in medical institutions because of serious injuries or death in the case of improper use.In some special departments such as emergency room,operation room,anesthesia department,intensive care unit,high-risk drugs are frequently used and are often pre-dispensed.The risks in this mode is much higher than in routine procedure when the drugs are approved by pharmacists before dispensing,requiring medical and pharmaceutical management departments to pay more attention.This article took the surgery anesthesia department as an example to discuss how to control and reduce the risk of adverse events caused by high-risk drugs and improve the management by formulating the risk grading system for high-risk drugs management and regulating preventive measures for adverse events caused by high-risk drugs in pre-dispensing mode.This article intended to provide reference for effective management of high-risk drugs and ensuring patient medication safety.
