宫腔镜下电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜下电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的价值。方法随机将2017年2月~2018年2月收治的68例子宫内膜息肉患者分为两组,每组34例。对照组给予刮宫术,观察组给予宫腔镜下电切术。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、复发率、手术时间以及住院时间等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉效果理想,且复发率低,住院时间短。Objective To investigate the value of hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods 68 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 34 in each group. The control group was given a curettage, and the observation group was given a hysteroscopic resection. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate, recurrence rate, operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Hysteroscopic electrotomy for the treatment of endometrial polyps is ideal, with low recurrence rate and short hospital stay, which is worthy of popularization and application.
